Cook on medium heat, stirring, until it comes to a soft boil. Boil 3 minutes and add 1 t. vanilla; pour over popcorn.

Frog-Eye Salad
½ C. frog eye macaroni--add a pinch of salt in the water and boil for 10 minutes.
In sauce pan add:
1 egg
½ C. sugar
½ C. pineapple juice
2 T. flour
Drain and rinse cooked macaroni, then add the above sauce and put it in fridge over-night. Next day add: pineapple chunks or tidbits, mandarin oranges (drained), apples, bananas, and fruit cocktail and about an hour before serving add small marshmallows.

Cherry Chocolate Bars
12 oz. chocolate chips
¾ C. peanut butter
12 oz. chopped peanuts
20 large marshmallows
1 can cherry frosting
Melt chips, add peanut butter and peanuts, stir well. Place ½ in a 9x12 pan and set in fridge.
Melt marshmallows, add cherry frosting and mix well. Spread over set up chocolate and cover with remaining chocolate.
Suggestions:

Fresh marshmallows and keep remaining chocolate mix warm. ENJOY...

1 can of pumpkin (lg.)
2 eggs
cake mix (spice cake)

Mix together and bake at 350°.

Danish Meatballs
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 T. grated onion
¼ C. half and half
½ C. bread crumbs
1/8 t. ground allspice
Heat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients together. Shape in 1 inch balls or smaller. Put on a broiling pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until brown. Drain.

1 C. sour cream

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 T. flour
½ C. sour cream
¼ C. grated carrot
1 T. grated onion
¼ t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
¾ C. crushed croutons with 2 T. melted butter; mix together. Put on top of the mixture above and cook at 350° for 30-35 minutes.

1 T. flour
½ C. sour cream
¼ C. grated carrot
1 T. grated onion
¼ t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
¾ C. crushed croutons with 2 T. melted butter; mix together. Put on top of the mixture above and cook at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
Creamy Black Bean Salsa Chicken
2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 C. chicken broth
1 C. salsa
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 package taco seasoning
½ C. sour cream
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
Place chicken in greased crock pot. Pour broth, salsa, corn, beans, and taco seasoning over chicken. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours. Remove chicken with slotted spoon and place on serving dish. Stir sour cream into sauce in crock pot and then pour over the chicken. (I just cut the chicken into pieces and put back in crock pot.) Serve with warm tortillas and rice or tortilla chips or make quesadillas.

1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 bottle Catalina or Russian dressing
(add 1 to 2 T. brown sugar)
Mix this together and pour over raw chicken. (Either chicken tenders or chicken breast.) Cook at 350° for about a ½ hour (or a little longer) if you use tenders and about 1 hour if you use chicken breast. Put over cooked rice.
