½ gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
12 oz. can pink lemonade concentrate, softened but not thawed
6 drops red food coloring
2 graham cracker pie crusts
Cool whip & sprinkles (optional)
In a large bowl, soften the ice cream by stirring with a metal spoon. Mix in the lemonade concentrate & food coloring. Spoon ice cream mixture evenly into the two pie crusts. Freeze at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with cool whip & sprinkles, if desired.
