Brown Italian sausage (may use sweet or spicy). Simmer sausage in a pot of your favorite spaghetti sauce. Cook rotini pasta, drain, and arrange on plate. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese; cover with spaghetti sauce. Place sausage on the side.
